What do I need to get started?

You'll need:

  • An iPhone or Android smartphone (any model, even older ones)
  • A Wi-Fi connection
  • A properly configured proxy (residential or mobile — not a VPN)
  • A few minor phone setting adjustments

Our included setup guidebook walks you through the proxy configuration and phone settings step-by-step. Most customers are up and running within 30 minutes of receiving their SIM.

I live in [any country]. Will it really work for me?

Yes. Our solution works from anywhere in the world. Whether you're in Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Africa, or Oceania, the SIM card targets TikTok's algorithm based on the country it's from, not where you are.

I'm planning to move countries. Will the SIM still work?

Yes. The SIM card stays tied to the country it was issued from, regardless of where you physically are or move to. Your TikTok will continue to be seen by audiences in the SIM's home country.

What countries can I target?

We provide SIM cards for all 195 countries. Common targets include the USA, UK, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Australia, Canada, France, Spain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

If your target country isn't visible on the order page, simply select "other" and write your desired country in the order notes — we'll send the right SIM.

When do I choose the country I want to target?

You select the target country at the time of order. This is essential because we need to know which country's SIM card to send you. You'll select it on the product page before checkout.

Can I use the SIM with an existing TikTok account?

Yes, but for best performance we recommend creating a new account with the SIM in place. If you use an existing account, it can take several days for the country change to fully reflect in TikTok's algorithm.

For optimal results: a fresh account, fresh SIM, and following the steps in our guidebook from the start.

Can I run multiple TikTok accounts on one SIM?

Yes — and many of our customers do. For maximum safety and best performance, we recommend dedicating one smartphone per TikTok account. Our guidebook includes detailed instructions on managing multiple accounts without triggering TikTok's account-linking detection.

Absolutely. Every order includes:

Do I need a VPN?

No — a regular consumer VPN won't work and will likely get your account shadowbanned. TikTok detects shared data-center IPs from VPNs almost instantly.

What you actually need is a properly configured proxy (residential or mobile, not a VPN). The proxy makes your network connection look like a real local user from your target country, matching the SIM card's region signal.

Our included setup guidebook covers exactly which proxy types work, which providers we recommend, and how to configure everything correctly. Following the guide is important for avoiding shadowbans.

Do I need mobile network coverage?

No. TikTok reads location info directly from the SIM card chip, so the card just needs to be physically inserted in your phone — even if there's no signal in your area, the card still does its job.

Do I need to do a factory reset on my phone?

Only if you've previously had a banned TikTok account on the same phone. If you're starting fresh on a clean phone, no factory reset is needed.

Where do I get the guidebook?

You'll find a QR code on the SIM card frame — just scan it with your phone to access the guidebook. There's also a written link printed on the card for backup.

I just placed an order. What happens next?

Three things:

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately
  • We ship same-day if you order before 2:30pm (Mon–Fri), otherwise next business day
  • You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships

Once your SIM arrives, scan the QR code on the card frame to access the guidebook and get started.

Can I use the SIM to change country on apps other than TikTok?

Our solution is designed and tested for TikTok specifically. Some customers have reported success with Instagram Reels, but we haven't formally tested or guaranteed this. We can only confirm the result for TikTok.

Delivery times, tracking, and shipping options
How long does shipping take?

We ship daily Monday to Friday and offer multiple shipping options:

  • Europe: 2–7 days (Expedited tracked) or 1–3 days (DPD/GLS/DHL)
  • USA & Asia: 7–14 days (Expedited tracked) or 2–4 days (DHL)
  • Rest of world: 10–21 days (Expedited tracked) or 3–7 days (DHL)

Faster options can be selected at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged once per order, regardless of how many SIM cards you order:

  • Standard tracked shipping (worldwide): €8.70
  • DPD: €12–17 (varies by country)
  • DHL: €35–48
Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship to over 220 countries and territories worldwide. The only country we currently can't ship to is Israel (due to a postal service suspension and high DHL fees there).

Where is the tracking for my order?

You'll receive an email with shipping info and a tracking link as soon as your package ships. Tracking is also available in your account on our website, and you can check anytime at tik.cards/orders-tracking.

The tracking website isn't working. What do I do?

If our tracking page is temporarily down (this can happen during peak times), you can use:

I didn't receive an email with my tracking number. How can I find it?

You can still track your package on our website at tik.cards/orders-tracking — you'll just need your Order ID and the email address you used during checkout.

My tracking shows no updates for several days. Is something wrong?

Don't worry — this is very common with international postal shipping. The postal service doesn't always update tracking systems in real-time, and packages often move silently between sorting centers.

However, if your package shows no movement for over 30 days, please contact us. We'll file a claim with the postal service and find a solution for you.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our European Union warehouse. This means EU customers get fast delivery and predictable customs handling. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local import fees or customs duties.

What if my package gets stuck at customs?

In some cases customs may request an invoice. You can save and print your order invoice from your account on our website, or contact us and we'll send it to you immediately.

Do you ship to Russia / Ukraine?

Russia: Yes. DHL doesn't deliver there, so we ship via Expedited tracked mail. Delivery typically takes 2–5 weeks.

Ukraine: Yes. Same as Russia — Expedited tracked mail only, 2–3 weeks delivery time.

Do you ship to India?

Yes, we ship to India. We strongly recommend DHL shipping for fastest delivery. If you choose Expedited tracked mail, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks.

How you can pay and what to do if a method isn't available
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options:

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and others
  • Bank transfers: SEPA, Wise (Transferwise)
  • Other: Skrill, N26, Revolut, Binance, Paysafe, Metamask
Why can't I pay with a credit card?

Some payment methods are restricted in specific countries due to processor rules. If your card isn't being accepted, try PayPal, crypto, or one of our alternative options like Wise or SEPA.

If you're stuck, contact us — we'll find a way that works for your country.

Why can't I pay with PayPal?

Same as cards — some PayPal regions aren't supported for our specific category. If PayPal isn't working for your country, try crypto, a card, or one of our alternative methods.

Do you offer discounts?

Our standard price is 24.90€ per SIM card with volume discounts for 3 or 5+ SIMs. We've set the price to fairly reflect the work and ongoing development behind this solution.

How the SIM card works technically
Will the SIM work on Android?

Yes. Our SIM is compatible with all versions of Android. It comes in a triple-cut format (Nano / Micro / Standard) so it physically fits any phone — even older models.

Will the SIM work on iPhone (iOS)?

Yes. Our SIM works on all versions of iOS. The triple-cut format fits every iPhone model that uses a physical SIM.

Note: For newer iPhones that only support eSIM (US-market iPhone 14+ etc.), our physical SIM won't fit. You'd need a phone with a physical SIM tray.

Does the SIM have a phone number?

No, our SIM doesn't come with a phone number. Here's why: TikTok reads all location information directly from the SIM card chip itself — the location data is hard-written into the card. So a phone number isn't needed for TikTok to detect your country.

You'll register your TikTok account using an email address. If TikTok asks for extra phone verification, just contact us and we can provide a one-time USA phone verification for free.

Can I use the SIM for calls or text messages?

No. Our SIM is designed specifically for TikTok region targeting and doesn't have call or SMS functionality. This keeps the cost down — US prepaid plans typically start at $45/month, which would be unnecessary for TikTok-only use.

Are there any monthly costs or subscriptions?

None. Zero. Our SIM is a one-time payment — no monthly fees, no top-ups required for TikTok use, no hidden charges. You buy it once and use it as long as you need.

Does the SIM card expire?

No. The card stays active at all times and doesn't expire. You can keep it in a drawer for years and use it whenever you need.

Does the card work in India?

Yes, our cards work in India. We ship there regularly and Indian customers report it working as expected.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

Yes — we offer a no-questions-asked refund. If the product isn't right for you, just ship the card back and we'll refund you to the same payment method you used.

Note: shipping costs are not refundable, only the product price.

Am I protected if you don't ship my order?

Yes. We've shipped reliably to thousands of customers since 2022, but for added peace of mind we recommend paying through PayPal — you'll have full buyer protection in the unlikely event of an issue.

Can I order on eBay?

We have a reseller on eBay (alex.home) but they're often sold out. For guaranteed availability and direct support, we recommend ordering from our website.

You have two paths:
